Pony Music will not be responsible for any typographical errors or errors in illustrations, pictures or descriptions. Photos or images depicted on the site may not show the actual item, please read the descriptions carefully.
Please note that certain products may need to be ordered from suppliers and delays may occur depending upon availability from suppliers.
Every effort will be made to source the product on behalf of our customers in a timely way and, for orders which will not be available to ship within 7 days we will contact you following receipt of your order and provide you with an estimated delivery time. Please note, however, that because we are reliant on suppliers and freight companies, we cannot guarantee delivery times even where we have provided an estimate.
Where more than one item is ordered, items may not arrive simultaneously. There will be no additional freight charge to you in this instance unless your items are sent separately at your request.
Please note that certain products may not be available where existing stock is exhausted and suppliers are unable to meet orders from Pony Music. Where this is the case and you have already placed an order we will notify you as soon as practicable after we become aware of the non-availability and will refund your purchase price in full.
All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices include GST. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Where possible items will be shipped from one location. Some items may not arrive simultaneously.
Whilst we accept orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, orders will be processed during trading hours - Monday to Friday, 10am-6.00pm EST.

PaymentWe accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit. Secure credit card transactions are handled via PayPal (no paypal account is needed). Please select your preferred payment option when placing an order. Credit Card payments can also be made via telephone on (03)9702 3244 or we will call you once order has been received to take your CC details. Additional processing time is required for the following payments: Money Order, Direct Deposit and Bank Cheque.
Cash payment is available from our Hallam showroom only.
All goods will be shipped when full payment is received and cleared. Limited WarrantyAll new products are sold with the Australian supplier's limited warranty. All second hand products have a 7 day warranty for obvious defects. Please read item description carefully.
The terms of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product. Except to the extent required by law or to the extent otherwise specified, Pony Music provides no separate warranty.
Return PolicyIf you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price (less any freight charge), full credit (less any freight charge), or exchange of your choice, within ten (10) days from the shipping date.
Pony Music only accepts returns made within the first ten (10) days of shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this ten (10) day guarantee period. Please call (03)9702 3244 for return instructions.
All returned goods must be in original condition (as sold), all returned goods must include a Return Authorisation Number, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; Returns originally paid for by credit card are issued a credit for the purchase price value only, excluding shipping and handling.
A copy of your original receipt must be produced.

You are entitled to a refund or repair or exchange or credit if the products you have bought are:
* faulty; * significantly different to those shown or described to you; or * not doing what they are supposed to do.
When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the sale or part of our advertised policy.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
A refund is paid on the sale value of the goods only and does not include any delivery, insurance or handling charges (if applicable). Please call us if you need any further information or clarification.
Freight* FREE Delivery Australia-Wide for orders over $99.00 value. A $10 flat fee for orders between $20 and $99 in value. A $5 flat fee for orders up to $20 in value. For orders with a shipping costs of 5% or more of the total order, the customer will pay the difference. You will be contacted if this occurs, prior to shipping.
Pony Music only ships to Australian addresses. For anything larger than a postable item please supply an actual delivery address as couriers/freight companies do not deliver to PO Boxes.
